The service

SyntheticAds provides website-based business analysis, AI-assisted campaign concepts, generated static ads, and downloads. This is an early-access testing service. Features, availability, and generation allowances may change. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older who can accept these terms, including on behalf of a business they represent.

Your account and submissions

Keep your password secure and provide accurate account information. Submit websites and content you are authorized to use for the requested purpose. A public website does not automatically grant permission to copy its branding, photographs, products, or other protected material. Do not submit passwords, private customer records, sensitive personal information, or confidential information you cannot authorize us to process.

Permission to process

You retain rights you already hold in your submitted material. You grant SyntheticAds permission to retrieve, process, store, and send submitted material to service providers as needed to perform your requested analysis and generation. This permission does not authorize us to publish ads or send outreach on your behalf. See Privacy and the Content & AI Notice.

Generated work

To the extent SyntheticAds holds transferable rights in generated ads delivered to your account, we assign those rights to you, subject to these terms and third-party rights. Outputs may be similar to other outputs, may not qualify for copyright protection, and are not guaranteed exclusive or free of third-party claims. No rights in third-party trademarks, likenesses, photographs, or products are granted.

Review before use

You must review factual claims, spelling, prices, offers, contact details, product likenesses, legal disclosures, and suitability before publishing. You are responsible for your advertisements and for applicable advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, and platform requirements. We do not guarantee sales, reach, conversion rates, or approval by advertising platforms.

Testing and future billing

Paid subscriptions and customer checkout are not enabled in this release. API costs for approved testing are paid through the operator configuration, not charged to a customer card by this site. Any future paid plan must display its price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. These terms do not themselves authorize a subscription or recurring charge.

Availability and limits

Generation can fail or be interrupted. Completed work is retained when possible; an incomplete job does not guarantee a replacement. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse. To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through Contact & Privacy Requests. We may suspend misuse or unlawful activity. Material policy changes will be dated and presented for acceptance where appropriate. For questions or disputes, use the contact form; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
